- Wooden book cases
- Ergonomically supportive chairs
- Small round work table
- Small art table for children (for events)
- Art supplies

- Printing for annual report, brochures and other materials
- Food for special events
- Vacuum cleaner, new or in great condition
- 2 pairs of comfortable arm - chairs not over sized
- 30 folding chairs padded metal or wooden with storage cart
- Kitchen: water glasses, water pitchers, aprons, and coffee carafes
- Wicker chairs & table for enclosed front porch
- Gardening: hand tools shovels, rakes, trowels, gardening gloves, and clippers

- Librarian to set up and manage small, specialized lending library
